In this article we will walk you through the process of making Response Time Measurements phone calls.<\/p>\n<p>First, you need to <a href=\"https:\/\/phonenumbermonitoring.com\/wiki\/knowledge-base\/signup\/\">sign up<\/a> for the service and login into the PNM account. Once you are logged in, follow the steps listed below:<\/p>\n<p>1. In the <strong>Add New Plan<\/strong> window, select <strong>Response Time Measurements<\/strong> (the <strong>Monitoring Plans<\/strong> tab, the <strong>New Plan<\/strong> button).<\/p>\n<p>2. Configure the <strong>Call Plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a unique name for the plan.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Country<\/strong> and specify the phone number you want to monitor.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Time Zone<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Turn on the <strong>Record Call<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Specify the <strong>Expected Call Response<\/strong> for the end user identification.<\/p>\n<p>4. Build an RTM chain using the Call Wizard options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optional: <strong>Delay<\/strong> \u2013 enter the delay time in seconds to wait for recordings, announcements.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: <strong>Send Digits<\/strong> \u2013 enter digits for extensions or responses to call path (e.g. press 1 for sales).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Play File<\/strong> \u2013 select at least one audio file for audio response to call path, call information and instructions. You can select a prerecorded file. Or click <strong>New Audio File<\/strong> and either download a file, enter text for text-to-voice file or record your own audio over the phone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See the examples of RTM chains in the <a href=\"https:\/\/phonenumbermonitoring.com\/wiki\/knowledge-base-category\/use-cases\/\">Use Cases<\/a> section of our wiki.<\/p>\n<p>5. Click <strong>Next Step<\/strong> and select a preconfigured call schedule if exists or add a <strong>New Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specify a schedule name.<\/li>\n<li>Set call times.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Chose a call frequency.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Specify a first call date.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Select the end date and any exclusion dates.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Specify holidays to exclude from the call schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Click <strong>Next Step\u00a0<\/strong>and adjust the <strong>Alert If<\/strong> setting if necessary. When at least one trigger event is selected, at least one <strong>Alert Group<\/strong> must be specified. Either select a preconfigured one if exists or click <strong>New group<\/strong>, set up a new group settings and add it to the plan.<\/p>\n<p>7. Optional: Create and add a new alert template to receive customized notification messages. Otherwise a default notifications will be sent.<\/p>\n<p>8. Click <strong>Next Step<\/strong>, review the plan summary and click <strong>Activate Now<\/strong> to activate the plan.<\/p>\n<p>You can review your plan settings under the <strong>Monitoring Plans<\/strong> tab.
