Audio files can be accessed when creating a monitoring plan from the plan settings web page (the Call Plan <\/strong>tab) or by selecting Audio Files<\/strong> under Configuration<\/b>. The\u00a0Audio Files<\/b> web page contains the list of Standard and user uploaded\/created audio files.<\/p>\n

Use a Group Action<\/strong> button to delete several files at a time.<\/p>\n

To manage files in the list, use the related Play Audio, Download Audio, Delete and Edit functions for user files and Play Audio and Download functions for Standard Files.<\/p>\n

Standard Audio Files<\/h3>\n

The Standard Audio Files can be used when the Expected Call Response is one of the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Standard File #1 –\u00a0Call answered\/No keys pressed<\/i><\/li>\n
  • Standard File #2 –\u00a0Any key<\/i><\/li>\n
  • Standard File #3 –\u00a0Response code<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    User Created\/Uploaded Audio Files<\/h3>\n

    You can create or upload an audio greeting or RTM voice response file from the Call <\/strong>Plan <\/b>screen by clicking Create Audio File<\/strong> in the Greetings<\/strong> section for Accessibility plans and in the RTM chain section for RTM plans. Or you can upload or create a new file under Configuration<\/strong> > Audio Files <\/strong>and add it to the plan later.<\/p>\n

    Greeting and RTM files can be created by uploading your own pre-recorded .wav<\/em> file, creating text-to voice file for voice conversion, or by recording an audio file over the phone:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Upload a pre-recorded .wav file<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      For this option enter or browse for the file address and provide the file a name. It is recommended that you always Play<\/strong> a downloaded file to be sure that the file quality is consistent throughout.<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Create a text-to-voice file<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Type in your greeting or voice response information and specify the file a name. PNM will convert the text to voice and add the file to the list of audio files.<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Record a voice file via phone<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          To record your greeting over the phone please call 1-567-251-7514 and follow the menu prompts. You will need your account PIN to authenticate your call. The Account PIN Number<\/strong> can be found under Account<\/strong> > Profile<\/strong> > Credentials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          Here are the number – action pairs you will be prompted to use:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • ‘Press 2 to begin recording’<\/i><\/li>\n
          • ‘At the tone, begin speaking and press any key when finished’<\/i><\/li>\n
          • ‘Press 1 to listen to the message’<\/i><\/li>\n
          • ‘Press 2 to cancel and re-record’<\/i><\/li>\n
          • ‘Press 3 to save’<\/i><\/li>\n
          • ‘Audio file saved, press 2 to create another audio file or hang up”<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            The voice file will appear in the list of audio files with the name in the following format:<\/p>\n
