What phone number does Phone Number Monitoring (PNM) use for test calls?

Phone Number Monitoring uses a dedicated Automatic Number Identification (ANI) for placing test calls. The current ANI used is +1 612-547-6951.

If needed, you can whitelist this number within your phone system, IVR, or security filters to ensure monitoring calls are properly received and not blocked.

Please note that PNM does not support local exchanges or in-country caller IDs (ANI) outside of the United States.
