Step-by-step instructions for signing up, selecting a monitoring plan, configuring call plans and schedules, managing alerts, recording audio files, and reviewing your account dashboard.
- Configuring a Response Time Measurement Call Plan
You can change the plan type at any time by selecting another plan type on the Call Plan page in the Plan Type field.
- Configuring Alert Groups
An alert group (optional) allows you to specify the notification method that will be used to notify a person who must be alerted in the case when a monitoring call meets one of the alert criteria.
- Configuring Alert Templates
The default alerts contain a pre-defined text that include a set of standard variables, such as a plan Name, phone Number, Date and Time and alert Reason with an error description.
- Configuring an Accessibility Plan
To add a new Accessibility Monitoring Plan, on the Monitoring Plans page, click New Plan and select the Accessibility type.
- Configuring Schedules
A call schedule is necessary to specify the time(s) and date(s) when you want Phone Number Monitoring to place your monitor calls.
- Managing Monitoring Plans
When a new monitoring plan is created it is listed under the Monitoring Plans tab.

- Reports
Phone Number Monitoring provides online access to your account report data (after account login) to generate, view, download and print Accessibility or Response Time Measurement call reports.
- Reviewing a Plan Summary
The monitoring Plan Summary web page can be reached via the edit action on the Monitoring Plans web page or as the final step when completing a monitoring plan.
- Selecting Monitoring Plan
To start using the Phone Number Monitoring service, you need to select and configure a monitoring plan.
